绿色营养小吃:茴香笋干小黄豆(原创)

<div align="left"><span>1、黄豆洗净、用水泡涨 笋切成与黄豆等同大小的小丁。</span></div>

<div align="left">2<span>、把黄豆、笋、茴香、桂皮、盐一道放入锅内、加入盖过黄豆表面量的水。</span></div>
<div align="left"> 3<span>、先开大火把豆煮开、再调小火焖煮30分钟。</span></div>

<div align="left"> 4<span>、把煮熟的黄豆用漏勺捞起,放在晒盘内</span></div>

<div align="left"> 5<span>、把平铺在晒盘里的黄豆放到太阳下、或凉台通风处,待黄豆风干到无水、皮皱缩起来即可。</span></div>
