甜辣茄饼（图）

【主 料】：茄子、素火腿</P>


【调 料】：甜辣酱</P>


【作 法】：把茄子切成两片连在一起的单片，中间夹上火腿片；把制成的茄饼粘上脆浆，放入油锅炸至金黄即成。</P>
