清凉薄荷土豆泥

土豆,洋葱,小西红柿,薄荷叶,纯素色拉酱黑胡椒,盐</p>

1、土豆洗净削去皮,切成小块,放入锅中煮熟;</p>
2、洋葱、小西红柿切成丁,薄荷叶从茎上摘下来,用水冲一下洗去浮尘,大片的叶子撕小一些。再用勺子将煮熟的土豆捣成泥;</p>
3、在土豆泥中倒入2勺纯素色拉酱,磨一些黑胡椒碎,加入少许盐,和土豆泥彻底拌匀;</p>
4、最后将切好的洋葱丁、小西红柿丁和薄荷叶与土豆泥搅拌均匀即可。</p>
<strong>小贴士:</strong>加入纯素色拉酱可以使土豆泥的口感更加细腻可口。</p>
