<strong> 1、</strong>牛蒡去皮切丝、素火腿、红椒切丝、木耳泡发洗净切丝备用。</p>

3、煸炒素火腿丝;</p>
4、放入牛蒡丝、红椒同炒,放入适量盐;</p>
5、放入木耳翻炒几下,加入适量的醋,撒上葱花,即可出锅。</p>
